Sequences and Exercises
Below are links to sequences and exercises from my classes or that I think might be helpful. The links either open in a PDF document or go to another website where you'll find the information. Let your inner teacher be your guide as to whether to do a pose, to decide how far to go into any pose and how long to hold. If you feel pain, stop.
- Shoulder Sequence Class. Here is a link to the Gentle Shoulder Sequence (this version reflects a correction to the handout distributed in class). In addition, here is a link to the Wrist Flossing exercises which were mentioned/distributed at class; this may be a helpful practice if you have wrist issues when doing yoga.
